Summary of the work plan for the Secretary General´s Envoy on Youth

The overall priorities of the Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth are guided by the priority areas announced in the Secretary-General’s 5-year action agenda. During the first year, increased focus will be placed on Economic Empowerment and Civic Engagement while ensuring the integration of a gender perspective across all work areas. In parallel, the Envoy will support the Education First Initiative and the planned activities in relation to youth and education.
